[Beyond Sunday] Resisitance is Expected

 But Moses said to the people, “Do not be afraid, stand firm, and see the deliverance that the Lord will accomplish for you today; for the Egyptians whom you see today you shall never see again. The Lord will fight for you, and you have only to keep still.

-Exodus: 14:13-14

Seeking happiness often requires change and no change happens without resistance.  But even when we feel like giving up, when we don’t know the way forward, God is always there.  God is prepared to fight the battle when we cannot.  And the end of the story has already been written. This week, take some time to go deeper.  Use these scriptures and questions to reflect how you are seeking happiness through Christ.
